Serenity was founded by Sarah in 2018, with over 18 years of experience I became obsessed with massage in college hunting for a way to find calm in the storm of life and also deeply dive into anatomy and physiology. I just wanted to help people and this was a perfect unison to soothe stress, anxiety and depression.

It is the link between mind and body that really fascinates me, how the nervous system can create tension and strain from stress or be calm and restful during relaxation.
